New Image DIgital is dedicated to keeping our customers up to date with the latest digital news. Since the June 12th, 2009 switch, not all broadcast stations are yet at full strength. For more information on your area call 1 800 CALL FCC. The FCC will give you information as to what the broadcast is like in your area. When digital signals are broadcast you will either receive them in full, or you will see "no signal". Analog channels would allow you to see a distorted picture and get sound even if the signal was not strong, not with digital. Unfortunately you either get it full strength, or not at all. If you see the channel you want on the tv, but it says "No Signal", you need an additional antenna. For more information and updates on where your local broadcast is check out www.antennaweb.org. For a news broadcast on New Image Digital check out www.myfoxhouston.com. We are listed in the Hurricane Briefing. After June 12th, you WILL NEED a New Image Digital TV for your emergency and recreational channels. All our tvs come equipped and ready for the digital transition.
